Biodegradable Plastic Could End the Takeaway Ecological Catastrophe

Eco-friendly biodegradable packaging is not an unfamiliar term for everyone today. However, these costs cannot be compared with the environmental costs of disposing of plastic waste. Currently, photodegradable plastics, biodegradable plastics, starch-based plastics, water-degradable plastics and other degradable plastic products have been developed and produced by enterprises. Plant fiber degradable materials are recognized as the most promising alternatives to traditional plastics. Of course, what the relevant departments have to do is to evaluate the plastic use and plastic waste growth in the past 10 years of the implementation of the plastic restriction order, formulate national standards for the use of plastic products in the food delivery and express delivery industries, and force the implementation of degradable plastic products. At the same time, strengthen law enforcement and supervision, penalize enterprises and supermarkets that violate the regulations for the production, sales, and use of plastic products such as ultra-thin plastic shopping bags, and increase their enthusiasm for production, sales and use of pulp packaging.
